The PBAC is the Government Committee which decides which drugs should be made available to Australians through the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. This scheme makes most drugs affordable and accessible for most people. Do you know that you can now tell the PBAC what it is like to live with your blood cancer or to care for someone with a blood cancer? Before each PBAC meeting, the Committee is accepting comments from people about the drugs they are considering for their next meeting.
